3. We’ll bake your Cake & Crackers fresh to order

4. We’ll deliver your Cake & Crackers to your door if you’re in our delivery zone.

Then all you have to do is ENJOY your delicious Cake & Crackers. Share the love with your family and friends – or scoff the lot, we won’t tell!

Unfortunately no. Our menu changes each week and the delivery dates available are specific to that menu item. So after you add your product to your Cart the corresponding delivery dates available will show up in the date picker. Menu items can only be delivered on dates that you can select in the date picker.

We deliver Cake & Crackers on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4pm - 7pm. You can select your preferred delivery day when you place your online order. Because we bake to order we have strict processes we need to follow to maintain our high quality standards. Your order will arrive sometime between 4pm and 7pm. Yes you can. Self pick up is an option on Fridays between 8am-11am and Saturdays between 10am-12noon. You will be asked to select a date and time that suits you for pick up when you place your order. Please note IT'S NOT POSSIBLE to collect your items outside of these times. We bake fresh to order so your delicious cake and crackers will be ready as per your order confirmation date and time. There is no charge for Self Pickup. Select this option at Checkout.

Seeds Holding Hands ingredients are listed on the product page and displayed on the packaging so you can make the right decisions for you and your family. Cake ingredients are listed on the packaging. All our recipes are made in the same kitchen, using the same equipment. All care is taken to avoid cross-contamination.

We operate under the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene and have a robust process documenting ingredient sourcing and usage. Strict batch control is also exercised – with sample testing from every batch made in the Cake & Crackers kitchen. We take this very seriously and it’s a job everyone LOVES – there’s no shortage of willing testers! We use the best possible quality ingredients in our Cakes, Cupcakes and Seeds Holding Hands crackers. And to make them we use high quality baking equipment that is PFOA, BPA and PTFE free.

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. Payments are contactless and not available at the delivery point. We use Square for payments. Payment types accepted by Square include: Visa & MasterCard credit or debit cards, and Apple Pay

All the items in an order will be delivered on the same day. Create a new order for each item if you’d like them to be delivered on a different day to the rest of the deliciousness.
